What lease terms are available?

Lease terms vary from community to community to meet your specific time frame needs. Our typical lease agreement is 12-18 months. For more details, please contact us or schedule a tour. 

What fees or deposits are required prior to moving in?

​Charges vary by community, and may include an application fee, non-refundable admin fee, and security deposit. On our Floor Plans & Pricing Page, please see the calculator icon next to each floor plan for all appropriate fees associated.

What type of apartments and townhomes does LC offer?

LC offers studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom flat apartments and townhomes for rent.

What appliances are included in LC apartments and townhomes? Do they include a washer and dryer?

LC apartments and townhomes for rent include a microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer/dryer (as available).

What amenities does LC offer?

All LC community amenities are listed on each community page. Most LC communities feature The Goat restaurant and bar, including chef-inspired food and drink, Morning Ritual, an on-site upscale coffeehouse, competitive volleyball leagues, and a full schedule of live music performances. All LC communities include fitness and wellness offerings, pet-friendly greenspaces, and regularly-scheduled resident events.

How do I apply for an apartment?

You can apply for an LC apartment or townhome for rent online, in-person or over the phone.

What forms of payment does LC accept?

LC accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Moneygram and electronic ACH payments via the resident portal.

How do I know if an LC apartment or townhome is available?

Although LC makes every attempt to keep availability information up-to-date, applications can be submitted at any time, and availability status may change. Applications for LC apartments and townhomes will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to the availability of the apartment and apartment type requested.

I have a pet. What is the best way to find a pet-friendly LC apartment or townhome?

All LC communities are pet friendly.  Pet rent is applicable (varies by site) and a pet fee is due.  There are some breed restrictions, such as Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow (includes mixed breeds that include restricted breed).

Yes, many LC apartments and townhomes include garages, surface-level parking and covered parking. Options vary by community.

How can I check on the availability of an LC apartment or townhome prior to completing an application?

Our availability changes frequently. Please contact the community for the latest availability.

How do I get directions to a specific LC community?

For directions to the LC community of your choice, we recommend Google Maps.

Where are LC apartments and townhomes located?

LC has many locations, including Downtown Columbus; New Albany, Ohio; Gahanna, Ohio; Hilliard, Ohio; Dublin, Ohio; Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Mount Juliet, Tennessee; Germantown, Tennessee; SoBro, Tennessee; Charleston, South Carolina; Pflugerville, Texas; and more coming soon.

How do I pay my rent online?

LC Residents can pay rent online via Resident Portal. All LC Residents will be enrolled at time of move-in.

How do I connect my utilities?

LC is responsible for water connection at all sites. In most communities, we will connect electric service through a partnership with Nationwide Energy Partners (NEP), otherwise residents call the utility company directly. Each community cable/internet service is specific. Please contact the leasing office for specific information. 

How do I sign up for Renter’s Insurance?

For your safety, LC requires all residents to obtain rental insurance prior to moving in and to maintain the policy throughout the lease term. Renter’s insurance is designed to protect the resident from accidents that cause damage to the apartment. To enroll, please visit ResidentInsure.com.

How do I place a Maintenance Request?

LC Residents can request maintenance service through Resident Portal.

Can I refer a friend and, if so, are there any rewards for doing so?
